Why We Exist
Molly House Media is built on legacy. Named after the underground spaces where queer people once gathered to be free, fierce, and fully themselves, we carry that same rebellious spirit into everything we create.
We’re not just a podcast and media production company, we’re a home for LGBTQ+ storytelling in all its messy, beautiful, powerful forms. We produce podcasts, media campaigns, and original content that spark connection, shift narratives, and make space for voices too often pushed to the margins.
At Molly House, we don’t believe in “niche.” Queer stories are universal. They’re funny, raw, joyful, political, romantic, painful, and proud and they deserve to be told with depth and intention.
Whether we’re amplifying underrepresented voices, educating new audiences, or just making something brilliant for the culture, we’re doing it with purpose. Because no one should feel alone in their story.

Our founder, Rishi Khosla, a 40-year -old Indian British gay man, knows firsthand the challenges of navigating identity in a world that often struggles to accept difference. Growing up in a traditional Indian family, he saw no visible LGBTQ+ role models within his community, leaving him feeling isolated and uncertain. As the first to come out in his extended family, he faced immense obstacles— but also found unexpected acceptance in places he never imagined.
Despite the progress made, many LGBTQ+ individuals still experience discrimination, erasure, and the struggle to be seen. In an era of rising hate and harmful narratives, Molly House Media was founded to counter that—to ensure that LGBTQ+ stories are told, heard, and celebrated. Through film, media, and storytelling, we shine a light on the beauty, resilience, and diversity of our community.
We believe that stories have the power to educate, inspire, and create lasting change. By sharing our experiences and uplifting each other , we challenge misconceptions, build connections, and pave the way for a more inclusive future.
